K2Lab (攀峰智能) closed an angel+ round of tens of millions of yuan led by Kaitai Capital, according to A5, republished by Sina Tech on October 26. In six months the startup has completed three rounds, led by Yunshi Capital, Huakong Fund and Kaitai.

Its product, Moras, is an AI agent for creators outside China that handles product selection, scripting and video production, publishing and performance analysis. It charges no subscription or token fees: it takes a share of the commission sellers pay when a sale happens (CPS model). In its first quarter of public testing, Moras helped creators generate more than US$10 million in TikTok sales and attracted nearly 100,000 creators, the company says.

K2Lab says it became a TikTok “gold” service provider within three months and that for Black Friday it partnered with more than 1,100 sellers in eight sectors. It also launched an in-house multimodal model, K2 Prism, and hired Zhao Qiang, a former Meituan technology executive, as CTO. The funds will go to international expansion, models and its seller network.

CSP take: AI agents are automating the work of affiliates and creators selling Chinese products on TikTok. For brands and importers relying on influencers, that means more competition for attention and for commissions. This reading is ours, not the source’s.
