Privacy policy

This policy explains what data China Sourcing Post processes and why. The data controller is GoGrowth, LLC, a company organized in Delaware, United States, which publishes the site. We follow Brazil's LGPD (Law 13,709/2018) for readers in Brazil and applicable United States law.

What we collect

  • Newsletter: your email (and name, if given), to send the newsletter after you confirm.
  • Report and guide downloads: name and email (required), company and LinkedIn (optional), the resource and language you chose, the date and a record of your consent. We use them to deliver the file by email, tell you when a pending version is ready and understand who reads CSP. If you tick the option, we also send the newsletter.
  • Contact, press releases and waitlist: the details you send, to reply and handle your request.
  • Abuse protection: we keep a code derived from your IP address (not the IP itself) and your country, to limit repeated submissions.
  • Technical data: our host (Cloudflare) processes IP address and browser data to serve the site and protect it from attacks.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data through the contact page.

Sharing

We do not sell data. We use infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and the sign-up database) and Resend (email delivery). We keep sign-ups while the relationship is active or until you ask us to delete them.
