Editorial policy

How China Sourcing Post reports, verifies, corrects and labels advertising and AI use.

China Sourcing Post (CSP) is published by GoGrowth, LLC. This page describes how the newsroom works.

Reporting and verification

  • Every story cites and links its original sources. We rewrite, we don't copy.
  • We read Chinese sources in the original: government, associations, trade fairs, companies and local press.
  • Figures only with a source and date. If there is no verifiable source, we don't publish the figure.
  • The CSP take passage marks the newsroom's interpretation. Everything else comes from the sources.

Corrections

We correct errors in the story itself, with a correction note saying what changed and when. To request a correction, use the contact page and tell us the story and the passage.

Ethics and independence

  • The newsroom sets the agenda. Advertisers and partners do not approve or review stories.
  • We do not accept payment to publish or remove news.

Use of artificial intelligence

  • We use AI tools for translation and drafting. Publication goes through human editorial review.
  • Story images are AI-generated illustrations, labeled as such, with no real people, logos or text. They are not photos of the event reported.

Advertising and sponsored content

Sponsored content is always labeled as advertising and does not influence coverage. See the media kit.
